Kim Tindall
KIM TINDALL began reporting in 1982. In 1983, Kim opened Kim Tindall & Associates, Inc., which grew to one of the largest reporting firms in Texas. Kim Tindall & Associates was sold to a national company in 1997, and Kim remained with that company to become the Vice President of Regional Operations overseeing the Southwest and West regions. In 2001, Kim Tindall was appointed by the Texas Supreme Court to a position on the Texas Court Reporters Certification Board. Kim and Lorree Castile re-opened Kim Tindall & Associates, Inc., in March of 2009. Kim graduated Magna Cum Laude from Angelo State University with a BBA degree. She then attended and graduated from Stenograph Institute of Texas and obtained her Certified Shorthand Reporter license and her Registered Professional Reporter certification. Kim is married to Jesse Tindall and has two sons, Brandon and Joshua.

Lorree-Castile
LORREE CASTILE is a partner in KT & A, and has been in the court reporting profession for 14 years. She manages our team and keeps operations at Kim Tindall & Associates running smoothly. Lorree works to ensure that we are able to provide quality court reporting, video, private process and records retrieval services to you in a timely and consistent manner. She is also a private process server, a Texas Notary, and has an educational background in Human Resource Management. She and her husband are both San Antonio natives.

Norma-De-La-Cruz
NORMA DE LA CRUZ has been in the court reporting industry for seven years and currently coordinates scheduling and transcript production at Kim Tindall & Associates. She uses her extensive background in customer care to provide excellent customer service to you and your staff, each and every day. In addition, she is one of our private process servers and is a Texas Notary. Norma is originally from Amarillo and moved to San Antonio with her family in 2002.

Brandon-Tindall
BRANDON TINDALL is a 2008 graduate from Mays Business School at Texas A&M with a BBA in Finance. Brandon is an account executive and legal videographer. As such, he is responsible for managing Kim Tindall & Associates’ video production department. He also assists clients with trial and mediation presentations. He is literally half man, half amazing!


Barbara-Wood
BARBARA WOOD has worked in the court reporting industry since 1997. Currently, she handles our transcript certification, is a Texas Notary, and provides valuable administrative support to our team. Barbara and her husband Doug have lived in San Antonio for over 30 years and have two daughters who are graduates of Abilene Christian University.


Colleen-Allen
COLLEEN ALLEN manages our records retrieval department and is a Texas Notary. She has been in the records business since 1984. Colleen is a member of several local organizations, including the Insurance Claims Adjusters of San Antonio. Colleen has taken several HIPPA and Medical Records Management courses to stay current with the trends in records retrieval. Collen has been married for 28 years and has two children, a daughter starting law school in Houston and a son beginning his career in the 4th grade. Colleen has lived in the San Antonio area since 1997, after transferring from Houston.

Jesse-Steedle
JESSE STEEDLE is a Pennsylvania native who graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1997 with an Associate's Degree in Specialized Business with an emphasis in Audio/Video Production. In 2000, he moved to Texas and began working in the legal video field. Jesse has recorded over 1200 depositions and legal-related videos. In addition he is a Texas Notary. Being from Pittsburgh, Jesse is a diehard Steelers' fan. You'll find him in front of the TV every Sunday with a Terrible Towel in hand.

Rhonda Brockett
RHONDA BROCKETT moved from Iowa to Texas in 2000. She is a single mom to Brandon who is an outstanding student and athlete at Clark High School. Rhonda has worked with Priority Information Services over the past 9 years and continues on with Kim Tindall & Associates in our Records Retrieval Department. She is a Notary and a licensed Texas Process Server.


Terri Kappelmann
TERRI KAPPELMANN is a San Antonio native who married a San Antonio native. They celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary this year. Terri has two wonderful sons in high school that keep her quite busy outside the office. She recently came on board at Kim Tindall & Associates on a part-time basis. Terri has worked in all realms of the court-reporting industry since 1993, in as far as the daily operations of the office are concerned. She very much enjoys developing and maintaining good relationships with firm clients - going over and above to meet, or better yet, exceed their expectations.


Vanessa Wheeler
VANESSA WHEELER has 20 years experience in the litigation support field as owner of Priority Information Services. Vanessa has worked on many complex litigation cases with some of the largest jury verdicts in the State of Texas. Having approximately 7,000 hours under her belt, Vanessa is at home in the courtroom and seamlessly becomes part of the trial team. Married to David since 1983, the Wheelers live in Boerne and have 2 daughters.

Valerie Rice
VALERIE RICE has worked in the litigation support industry for 19 years, with heavy emphasis on record retrieval and office operations. Her background is in accounting. She and her family have lived in the San Antonio area for 25 years, more specifically in the thriving metropolis of Bergheim, Texas.



Cheri Cromwell
CHERI CROMWELL began her career in Litigation Support in the records retrieval field 18 years ago. Since then she has worked in every aspect of full service litigation from transcript production, imaging and video production, to Operations Coordinator. She is a Texas Notary and is currently a member of the records retrieval team here at Kim Tindall & Associates. She and her husband have lived in San Antonio for over 30 years.


Miro Dropulic
MIRO DROPULIC came to the United States from Bosnia in 1997. He began working with Priority Information Services in 1998 in the Imaging Department. He is cross trained in Graphics, as well. Currently, Miro oversees the Imaging Department, managing large document production jobs, as well as working in the Records Production Department. Miro has been married to Katarina for 10 years, and he enjoys sailing and is a marvelous cook.

Jennifer Pugh
JENNIFER PUGH is a Texas Notary and Paralegal who began her legal career in the Aberrant Providers Unit at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas in 1986 after receiving her Associates Degree in Medical Business Administration from CTCC. She finished her college education at Tarleton State University. Jennifer received her CLI in 1996 and has taught Legal Assistant programs on the college level. Jennifer’s expertise is in evidentiary documentation and research. Currently Jennifer is a Client Representative here at Kim Tindall & Associates and excels in her abilities to communicate and coordinate the needs of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Jennifer is married and is raising two children here in San Antonio.

Ruth Lindgrin
RUTH LINDGRIN has been an integral part of the records retrieval department . Ruth is a Minnesota native, with a background in the medical supply industry. She moved to Texas and began working for Priority Information Systems over 9 years ago. Ruth’s primary focus is to process all legal documents and prepare all new incoming orders for processing. On a personal note, she is a married mother of three children, the youngest being in her second year of college. She is also active in her church’s music ministry and works with the adult faith evangelization education.

Karin Penrod
KARIN PENROD has re-joined Kim Tindall & Associates, Inc., as manager of our Process Service Department. Karin started her legal career in 1988 with Kim Tindall & Associates and has held various positions in the court reporting and process service professions. Karin’s number one goal is to exceed clients’ expectations. She is a native to San Antonio and has a beautiful daughter, Ali, who now resides in Austin, TX.

Tammy Pozzi
TAMMY POZZI has joined Kim Tindall & Associates as a court reporter and an account executive. She has been a Certified Shorthand Reporter for 18 years. Tammy ensures her clients and her business contacts receive the personal attention to detail they expect in all of their litigation-support needs. Tammy grew up in Cisco, Texas. In 1990, immediately upon graduation from high school, she moved to San Antonio and attended San Antonio Court Reporting Institute on scholarship. After receiving her CSR, she began her reporting career in West Texas. Tammy has been in the San Antonio area since 1997. She married a local business owner, and they have three children. Tammy is outgoing and ambitious, has a zest for life and loves her jobs - both as a reporter and a wife and mother.

 

Angie Lozano
ANGIE LOZANO was born and raised in Corpus Christi. She attended Del Mar College where she received an Associate Degree in Court Reporting. Angie became a Certified Shorthand Reporter in 1986 and began her career with Kim Tindall & Associates. She is also licensed in the state of Colorado. Angie is a member of the Texas Court Reporters Association and has been a Board member of the Court Reporters Certification Board. She is involved with Bexar County Court Reporters Association where she previously held the position of President. Angie is the proud mother of two children and loves family time. Court Reporters are generally independent contractors. Below are some of the reporters who are on our regular scheduling rotation. If you like to use a reporter that is not pictured below, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate your request.


Cathey Rimmer
CATHEY RIMMER has been a Certified Shorthand Reporter in Texas since 1977. She worked as an official in Hidalgo County until 1983 when she moved to San Antonio and began a freelance reporting career. In July of 2011 she joined Kim Tindall & Associates. Cathey married a local San Antonian in 1987. Together they have four "fuzzy children," and she loves doing beadwork and making jewelry in her spare time, as well as scuba diving and fishing.

Shannon Wise
SHANNON WISE - After graduating from Duncanville High School in 1983, Shannon enrolled in the Court Reporting Institute of Dallas. She left CRID and transferred to the Arlington Court Reporting College where she graduated and became a Certified Shorthand Reporter in 1986. Shannon has worked in Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. She is also a certified LiveNote reporter. Shannon enjoys traveling all over Texas taking depositions. She lives in the Hill Country outside of San Antonio, is married and a proud mom of a 16-year-old son who plays football for Bandera High School.

Shannon Hurst
SHANNON HURST is a native San Antonian. After high school, she worked in banking and also the commercial/residential leasing industry. Shannon later attended San Antonio Court Reporting Institute, a private court reporting college, and started reporting in the early '90s. She lived in Corpus Christi for ten years, and is well versed in oil and gas, refinery litigation, as well as medical terminology. Shannon is married to a local business owner of USAVE $1.75 Cleaners, and they have two young daughters. She enjoys the flexibility court reporting provides so that she can help out at their cleaners and attend school activities with her girls. Shannon is also a member of the Beta Sigma sorority.

Sarah-Prugh
SARAH PRUGH decided to become a court reporter as she grew up helping her dad in his law office. She loves the flexibility of the job and learning a little bit about everything and a whole lot of nothing! Believe it or not, she enjoys taking depositions in Laredo and Eagle Pass and all of the little towns in between. Sarah became a Certified Shorthand Reporter in Texas in 1989 and was licensed in Georgia from 1989 to 1996. She has been reporting for 22 years, having started court reporting in Georgia from 1989 to 1995. Sarah moved back to her home in Devine so that her children could get to know their grandparents. She has two girls that attend college in Texas, and her son attends middle school. Sarah loves spending time with family and friends.

Roxanne Barry
ROXANNE BARRY grew up in Floresville, Texas. Upon graduating from Floresville High School, she attended San Antonio Court Reporting Institute. During her court reporting studies, Roxanne worked as an office assistant for a local court reporter where she learned many helpful tasks called upon by our profession. She became a Certified Shorthand Reporter in 1995 and works with Kim Tindall & Associates as an independent contractor. Roxanne has worked in the Bexar County area and travels as far as Zavala County taking depositions. She is married with two wonderful children who keep her busy while away from the office.

Naomi R. Peltier
NAOMI R. PELTIER joined Kim Tindall & Associates in 1990 after graduating from San Antonio Court Reporting Institute. She is a Texas Certified Shorthand Reporter, and a National Registered Professional Reporter. Naomi is a member of several professional organizations, including the National Court Reporters Association, Texas Court Reporters Association, and Bexar County Court Reporters Association. Married to Paul since 1984, the Peltiers have two children. They are active members of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Favorite Quote: “We are what we repeatedly do. Leesa Parker
LEESA L. PARKER is a San Antonio/Helotes native, and has 18 years’ experience as a Texas Certified Shorthand Reporter and Registered Professional Reporter (National). As an independent contractor, she has worked with Kim Tindall her entire working career. She is married to her loving husband, David Parker, for 17 years, and has a 10-year-old daughter. Leesa enjoys to travel to beaches all over, going saltwater bay and deep-sea fishing, waterskiing, painting, getting together with friends and family, and visiting vineyards and wineries.

Ladonna Ayers Burch
LADONNA AYERS BURCH has been a Certified Shorthand Reporter for 23 years and has worked under Kim Tindall the entire time. She was born and raised in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, but moved to Dallas, Texas in high school. In the fall of 1986, upon graduation from high school, she attended the Court Reporting Institute of Dallas where she completed and received her CSR in 18 months. In 1988 LaDonna moved to San Antonio to begin her reporting career. LaDonna is married and has one son whom she adores. She is also very active in the Worship Council of her church where she sings and plays the drums. Her other hobbies include bowling, playing basketball, eating and spending time with family and friends. LaDonna loves court reporting because it affords her the opportunity to continually learn and meet new people.

Judy Gray
JUDY GRAY was born in Fort Worth to an Air Force family, so she has lived in several states, including Washington, Alaska and Colorado. She attended Colorado State University, where she met her husband, Michael, who was pursuing his Master’s in microbiology. Being the English major, she took on the project of helping him write his thesis. However, Michael found that he could get promoted only if he left Colorado and moved to Texas. They raised two Aggies who have since left the nest and pursued their own successful careers. Megan works in Marketing for Kimberly Clark and is currently in Wisconsin. Justin is an Air Force pilot, currently stationed in New Jersey. While the kids were very young, Judy attended SAC and was certified in 1983 as a court reporter. She has worked since then as a freelance reporter and has watched the profession change with the new technology advances. She became a grandmother for the first time in February 2010, one of her proudest accomplishments.

Brook Wagner
BROOK WAGNER - Upon graduating from Cedar Hill High School with honors, Brooke immediately enrolled in the Court Reporting Institute of Dallas where she earned her Texas CSR in 2002. Brooke began her court reporting career in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. In 2006, she began calling San Antonio home and now enjoys reporting in the areas in and around Austin/San Antonio, all the way down to the border. Brooke's passion is to exceed her client's desires while providing verbatim transcripts with a smile. She and her husband live near New Braunfels. Currently, the spotlight in their family is their labradoodle named Tigger, who keeps them laughing with his clever antics.

Barbara Griffin
BARBARA GRIFFIN has been a court reporter for 27 years. She tells people she started her career when she was eight years old. Sure. She first received her training at Stenograph Institute in Abilene and later received her Certified Shorthand Reporter license in 1984. In 2000 she received her Registered Professional Reporter’s license. Barbara joined Kim Tindall & Associates in 1994, and in 1995 became a real-time reporter. Outside of reporting, she is an active member of her church, serving as a greeter, and also is on the leadership team for her singles’ group.

Tina Garibay
TINA FASCI GARIBAY began reporting in 1993, moving back to her hometown of Laredo after earning her court reporting license in Austin. She worked as a freelance reporter for Kim Tindall & Associates, then later as an official in the Webb County Court at Law #1 and 406th District Courts until 2001, at which time she and husband, Ruben, began their family. Now after 10 years of semi-retirement, Tina is happy to be back at work with Kim Tindall & Associates.
